We are closed to observe the following US holidays and more:
New Year’s Day (January)
Spring Break (3rd week in March)
Memorial Day (May)
Independence Day (July)
Labor Day (August/September)
Thanksgiving Week (11/25-11/27/20)
Christmas Week (12/21-12/25/20)
Any other time off will be communicated in a timely fashion and planned for
We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. We take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords are kept private and I use the highest level of internet security. Additional confidently measures are outlined in our Contract.

On occasion, it may be necessary to utilize a member of our contracting team to provide the quickest and most accurate service. Under these circumstances, the team member’s work will be thoroughly checked by me to ensure excellence of service. All members of our contracting team are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire.
I am available to travel for work engagements. My typical time/retainer will apply as well as all travel expenses including airfare, lodging, transportation, parking and meals will be reimbursed by the client.
Payment / Billing
For project work and 90-Day plans – the full amount is due by the first meeting.
For ongoing work, retainer is due up front at the beginning of each month.
You will receive invoices delivered via Quickbooks. Please note that payment is due upon receipt.
Payment must be received within 7 days of invoice, or a late fee of 10% will be assessed and added to the next bill. PLEASE pay your invoice on time, every time.
Referrals are our favorite way to gain new business. Any time that you generously make a referral to our business, please let us know and we will be sure to acknowledge you with a special gift, once the new client has signed.
